ABOUT US

The results we deliver, the satisfaction of our clients, and the creativity that drives everything we do, define who we are today.

A company built on collaboration and fueled by the drive to push beyond our own ideas. Every day, we strive to meet the goals we set at the very beginning of this journey. Rather than rely on ready-made answers, we craft solutions from the ground up—curious, agile, and committed to evolving with every challenge. With each step forward, we take pride in the satisfaction of those who choose to work alongside us.

ALESSIO ODINZOV

CEO & Founder

Raised among books and print media, he began his career in journalism, gaining early experience in radio and television and contributing to some of RAI’s most renowned programs . Over time, he stepped away from the spotlight to move behind the camera—as a writer and director. His journey eventually led him to embrace the role of a “creative” manager, personally driving the growth and evolution of FRIENDS through strategic development, external relations, and constant analysis of both national and international market opportunities. For him, every project begins with the power of visuals to tell a compelling story.
